Carpooling App saves you money and CO2
Even though carpooling is arguably one of the top ways to reduce CO2-emissions (provided that combustion engine cars are here to stay), it seems that not very many governments/municipalities outside the US have embraced the concept as viable. This new app, however, might bring a crowd-sourced solution to the table.

Every day, millions of people are traveling around the world without utilizing the full passenger capacity of their vehicles. This is a sad waste of energy, time, and money.

Ants is a fast and simple mobile carpooling service that saves you money, reduces your CO2 emissions and allows you to make new friends. The app is linked with Facebook and Twitter, which makes it easy to connect with friends, family, colleagues and others who have the same traveling habits.

It simply works by providing the user access to a database, via the Application, which then provides a venue to enable persons who seek transportation to certain destinations to find and select other persons for joint transportation. As simple as that...!

Ants is based in Copenhagen & Oslo.
